Clear Distinction of Rights

To clarify, while Azzbee owns all rights to the platform and brand elements listed above, this ownership does not extend to:

• User-generated content
• Code produced using our platform
• Applications developed with our tools
• Custom configurations and implementations
• Modified or derivative works created from generated code
• Your own code commits or changes made outside of Azzbee but visible in any way

User Rights

Azzbee does not claim ownership of:

Usage Rights

Subscription / Payment Terms

Azzbee must not be used to develop anything subject to sanctions or export restrictions, or that violates laws in the jurisdiction where Azzbee or the user operates. Azzbee must also not be used in regions or by individuals subject to sanctions or export restrictions.

• Submitting feedback grants us a perpetual, worldwide license to use it

YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, AND ALL AZZBEE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZZBEE AND OUR SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, OR ANY AZZBEE CONTENT, AND YOUR USE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.   • Bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
  • Failure to meet your specific needs or expectations
  • Inability to achieve your business or technical goals
  • Obsolescence or incompatibility with other systems
  • Issues when integrated with other software
  • Data loss or corruption
AI System Limitations or Failures, Including:
  • Incorrect or incomplete code generation
  • Misinterpretation of your requirements or prompts
  • Non-optimal or inefficient solutions
  • Inconsistent code output quality
  • Failure to adhere to best practices or coding standards
Platform-Related Issues, Such As:
  • Temporary or permanent service outages
  • Slow response times or performance issues
  • Loss of saved projects or conversation history
  • Interface bugs or usability problems
  • API failures or inconsistencies
  • Authentication or authorization issues
Business Impact From:
  • Reliance on generated code in production
  • Time or resources spent modifying generated code
  • Project delays or missed deadlines
  • Additional development costs or technical debt
  • Integration challenges with existing systems
  • Customer or user dissatisfaction
Third-Party Related Issues:
  • Compatibility problems with external services
  • Licensing issues in generated code
  • Security vulnerabilities in recommended dependencies
  • Changes in external APIs or services
  • Conflicts with other development tools
Data-Related Concerns:
  • Loss of prompt history or generated code
  • Unintended data exposure in generated code
  • Training data biases affecting code generation
  • Mishandling of sensitive information
  • Data privacy or compliance issues

THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE, AND AZZBEE’S LIMITATION OF LIABILITY COVERS ALL POSSIBLE ISSUES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR AI-POWERED PLATFORM AND SERVICES, WHETHER LISTED OR NOT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, OR THAT OF OUR SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, AND AZZBEE CONTENT (INCLUDING WARRANTY CLAIMS), REGARDLESS OF CLAIM TYPE OR LEGAL THEORY, EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542, WHICH STATES: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Azzbee, including our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, and representatives, from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Applications, websites, or services you create using our platform
• Any content you submit or share through our services

Legal Notices and Governing Law

Our platform and services are operated from United States. We make no representations about the suitability or availability of the services for use in other regions. Users accessing our platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own discretion and must comply with all applicable local and U.S. laws, including export and import regulations. Access is prohibited from U.S.-embargoed countries or by denied or restricted parties under U.S. law.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of our platform must be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
